- Course Cancellation by Institution: If the institution cancels a course before its scheduled start date.
- Duplicate Payment: If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same course.
Refund requests falling outside these conditions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

- Submit your refund request via email to info@landeinfinite.com within fourteen (14) days of enrollment or duplicate payment. Include your full name, course name, payment receipt, and a detailed explanation of the refund request.
- Upon receiving your request, our team will review it and respond within five (7) business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method used.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Completed Courses: Refunds will not be granted if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or if the course has been completed.
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for personal reasons such as a change of mind or lack of time to complete the course.
